Fame and Money

How does a person want his life to be? Does he want to climb the stairways of heaven? Or even outmost its portals of entry? Well, I guess that’s the irony of being alive.

People tend to hope and dream even if it’s obviously impossible because they had stuck to the idea that “dreaming” is free. Perhaps it is, but, it’s not fair dreaming for something that would provoke us to do some horrible manias. It might be stiff to accept, but men nowadays have always been yearning for what is beyond the natural edict.

Try looking around you… what do you notice? Well, I think it’s quite obvious that almost all people aim to be famous and dream to be the star… yeah right!

Have you tried asking yourself what’s with fame? Which makes every moral man, immoral? Which makes every rational being, irrational? I was just wondering why many people want to be praised and exalted among others? Why would a woman refuse the beauty and essence of being a mother just for the sake of that so-called “stardom”? When in fact stardom isn’t forever... you might be famous all right, but you wouldn’t have that “privacy” which a moral gal deserves…

You may think that fame is really bad but “money” is worse than fame, don’t you know? Try asking yourself again, how many people could dare to dump and betray their best friends in exchange for a million pesos or a trip to foreign countries? Well, maybe some wouldgo this way,… “how many ladies who in the name of money, agree to go to bed with guys? And how many guys would agree to go out with gays just for the sake money? Well, as older people say, money is station’s best friend.

Nevertheless, aiming for fame and hoping to have money isn’t a bad idea after all… it is but a challenge as long as we should learn how to be satisfied.
